While hiring an in-house designer has its own pros and cons, it lacks the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of what we offer. For starters, it involves significant expenses in salary, benefits, equipment, and workspace which you have to pay whether you have work for them or not. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Koncoku is for anyone who needs cost-effective, high quality graphic design services on an ongoing basis, whether you're an entrepreneur, startup, or creative agency. You’ll feel like you have an in-house designer – without the additional expenses and the recruitment drama.

Unlimited visual design means that you can make as many design requests as you'd like at no additional cost, and we'll systematically work through them. Once you've submitted your design request through your Project Manager, we will review them to ensure we have the details we need to give you the best possible output.

After you've subscribed to our monthly plan, we will assign a Project Manager and a team of designer to work on your design requests. You can submit your design requests through the Project Manager, then your design requests are placed in your design team's queue and worked on in the order they are received.

You can submit as much design request as you like through your Project Manager, which then will be reviewed before being assigned to your design team. We will work on your request in the order you submit them, but if you'd like to prioritize any designs, you can let your Project Manager know. We understand that priorities can change, so we're happy to be flexible to help you meet your goals!

On average, most graphic design requests are completed in just 1-2 business days. However, more complex requests can take longer than that.

No worries! You can tell your Project Manager and we'll continue to revise the design until you're satisfied.

Your dedicated design team will handle your request one at a time, moving on the other while waiting for your approval. Our Project Manager will let you know when your team completes your design requests.

Most requests are designed using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Figma.

We offer Compact and Essentials plans. Here’s how they differ: In Compact Plan we will process one request one at a time, and up to 5 designs output per-day. While in Essential Plan we will process two request at a time, and up to 10 designs output per-day. Both give you everything that you’ll need for your day-to-day marketing needs, from print designs to social media graphics, also includes Custom Illustrations, Landing Pages, and more complex design needs for your bigger campaigns, or unique projects.

As many as you'd like! We won't charge anything extra for the number of brands you have. We're happy to help with all your design needs!

If you plan to resell any of the designs created by us, please inform your Project Manager when submitting your design request. Your team will then develop the design from scratch, ensuring that you have complete ownership rights for selling purposes. For all other design requests, where you will be the end-user and not reselling the design, your team will create the design from scratch and/or incorporate stock elements or photos as necessary to meet your requirements. Rest assured, we meticulously verify every element and stock photo used to ensure you are granted the appropriate licenses as the end-user. Additionally, it is assumed that any materials you provide us with are properly licensed and owned by you. If, by chance, you provide unlicensed materials to us for use, please note that we cannot be held responsible for the rights associated with the final design.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

Of course! If you feel like you need more design output than what we're giving you right now, you can simply add another subscription to double the number of designs completed for you. You can also cancel your extra subscriptions at any time, allowing you to scale up and down with ease.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the reminder of your subscription go to waste.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 11 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Very easy! You just have to tell your Project Manager that you'd like to cancel at any time. We'd just like you to tell us what we could do better because we value your feedback.

We try to keep meetings to a minimal so that we can focus more on delivering quality designs to you, but if you'd like to do a Zoom meeting, you can let your Project Manager know and we'll schedule a time just for you.
